7-Day “No Questions Asked” Refunds and Returns

If you find that the wall art you received doesn’t meet your expectations, you have a 7-day cooling off period during which you can request a full refund or a replacement product. To initiate the process, simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order. After that, return the item to our shipping office using a traceable delivery method. We will process your refund or replacement once we’ve received the wall art and confirmed it meets the above conditions.

Your order is fully insured by our courier company and is dispatched in protective cardboard or tubes, to ensure its condition upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or if items are lost in transit, please notify us, and we will replace them and make a claim with the courier company. This policy does not apply if you choose to send your courier company or representative to collect from us directly.

Damages and issues

In the event of your product being defective, damaged upon delivery, or if you have received the wrong item, please notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving the parcel from the courier. This will allow us to promptly evaluate and resolve the issue.

*Please kindly note we will not offer free shipping for any replacement after 2 days of receiving the parcel, regardless of the reason for the replacement and exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping fees.

*The items must be in the same condition that you have received, unused and original packaging. Please also note there will be an extra shipping fee for the return parcel collection and resending of the parcel.
